Product Warranty Registration Terms & Conditions

You can register the installation of your Stuart Turner product for warranty purposes.  We currently support registration of the following products:

  • AQUABOOST iBOLT (2 year warranty)
  • AQUABOOST iMATIC (2 year warranty)
  • MAINSBOOST Vessel Systems (1 year warranty, extended to 5 years when registered)
  • STORMBOOST (1 year warranty, extended to 5 years when registered)
  • VariQ (1 year warranty, extended to 2 years when registered)
  • iBOOST (1 year warranty, extended to 3 years when registered)
  • iTANK (1 year warranty)
  • MONSOON (1 year warranty, extended to 5 years when registered)
  • SHOWERMATE (1 year warranty, extended to 3 years when registered)
  • WASTEFLO WC (2 year warranty)
  • WASTEFLO LS (2 year warranty)
  • STUART General Purpose Pumps (1 or 2 year warranty, depending on specific model)

Products must be registered within 12 months of purchase/installation to obtain extended warranties.

To ensure that you get your full extended warranty coverage from the date on which you purchased your Stuart Turner product, it is essential that you retain some form of proof of purchase eg: purchase receipt / installation invoice.  You will be prompted to upload a copy of this as a JPG or PDF document during the registration process.

Please note that if a valid 'proof of purchase' is not uploaded during the registration process, the effective warranty expiration date will be based on the date of manufacture of the product that you are registering.

Valid forms of 'Proof of Purchase' include:

  • A copy of the purchase receipt provided to you or to your plumber/installer from a plumbers merchant or other retailer
  • A copy of the invoice for work carried out by your plumber/installer to your property in which there is reference to the installation of your Stuart Turner product

It is the responsibility of the person completing the registration to provide adequate and correct proof of purchase. Providing incorrect information may result an invalidation of extended warranty.
